  • Embedded complex forms that included branching logic
  • Functionality for prescription consults and prescription fulfillment
  • A user dashboard that pulls in all the information from the skin report and the recommendations and allows access to the prescription consults
  • A lab technicians system to manage the process of accepting skin swabs, batching them, and shepherd the process to extract DNA and analyzing skin swab data to produce a skin report and recommendations
  • A ML engine that works with the lab data
  • A concierge service for skin consultations that includes chats with a skin specialist
